Roero Arneis "Cayega" Docg
Roero’s oldest, most fascinating white varietal, the name Arneis probably comes from “Bric Renesio”, the rise near Tenuta Carretta.

100% Arneis
Yield per hectare: 90 ql.
Refining: after alcoholic fermentation this wine remains in contact with its sediment for a short time to increase its complexity, aromatic quality and fullness. As soon as it has clarified, it is bottled, and after just a few weeks the wine is ready for consumption
Colour: straw-yellow with greenish highlights
Bouquet: fruity and floral, ample and persistent
Taste: harmonious, well-structured, pleasantly persistent and drinkable
Pairing: appetizers, seafood, soups, pasta dishes, white meats
