A wine of rare elegance and complexity made from prime Barbera grapes grown in the sunny Tenuta Carretta vineyards.

Grapes: 100% Barbera

Yield per hectare: 60-70 ql.

Refining: 12 months in small oak casks and 3 months in bottle

Colour: intense ruby red

Bouquet: intense and inviting, with hints of small wild berries

Taste: harmonious and velvety, rich and persistent

Pairing: pasta dishes with meat sauce, lamb, braised and roast meats, tangy cheeses
