Roero "Bric Paradiso" Docg

Paradiso is the name of the vineyard overlooking Tenuta Carretta. Records from 1594 testify to this area’s special vocation for viticulture. Made with Nebbiola grapes, the wine expresses all Roero’s strength and values.

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo

Yield per hectare: 65 ql.

Refining: 18 months in small oak casks and 3 months in bottle

Colour: ruby red

Bouquet: inviting, fruity, floral

Taste: harmonious, pleasantly tannic

Pairing: pasta dishes with meat sauce, mixed boiled meats, game and mature cheeses
